I have pain in my left testicule when i touch it or move, that started 5 days after my bilateral Inguinal hernia open surgery

Pain after a bilateral inguinal hernia repair is uncommon, but some men may develop post-hernia repair pain.is a rare complication that can cause chronic pain in one or both testicles that lasts for three months or longer after the procedure.
It's possible that the pain may resolve in a couple of weeks, if rather mild. If it becomes moderate, you need to make sure the surgeon is aware as he/she may want to examine you.
