“Pain in right kidney area?”
I have pain in my right kidney area, it is really painful to turn over in bed and after I get up it hurts bad. I have to lean to my left to get a tiny bit of relief at first it pretty much hurts to do much of anything.

It can be musculoskeletal pain. Please see your family physician, who can examine you and do appropriate imaging studies.
Consult PCP for complete physical examination. May require CT scan of abdomen and pelvis.
I recommend you get a urine test done to rule out an infection as well as a kidney ultrasound to look for stones
