Pain medication?

Why can't I find a pain medication doctor, physiatrist, or anesthesiologist to help me? I have had 4 neck surgeries and still having issues I've had 1 back fusion and now I'm left with nerve damage. I've had 3 milograms, (not sure of the spelling) discotemies, nerve tests, MRIs, CT scans, and x-rays. This has spanned over 20 years of me being on opioids. I've been told by neurologists no more operations will help and I refuse to ever get another operation. I wouldn't be able to move or so-called enjoy the quality of life. Now my doctor is retiring and can not find any doctor to help me, never the less even see me. I've called 83 so-called pain management doctors. Any suggestions? I really need a doctor in my area of Middlesex County, NJ.

Consult Functional Medicine. Start Acupuncture with Moxibustion. Change diet to organic green Mediterranean diet.
I’m so sorry for the challenge in your time of need. Unfortunately I don’t know anyone in that region, but I might suggest having an open mind to any applicable regional non-opioid treatment options and alternative opioid analgesic therapies (buprenorphine, ketamine) while on your search for a new provider. The nearest academic hospital should also have a pain management department as a resource. Wishing you the best of luck.
