Painful

Does lupus cause anthropy in L5 S4? lately my pain is unbearable...

Female | 49 years old
Complaint duration: Off and on but more within these 3 weeks
Conditions: Lupus,hep C fatty liver,glaucoma,depression/anxiety

Lupus does not directly cause spinal pain
The abnormalities you describe are likely due to other causes
lupus itself does not cause any arthritis in lower back but medication for lupus like prednisone can cause osteoporosis or compression fractures in lower back.
need to follow up with doctor for further evaluation.
Probably not resulting from SLE. Possibly another problem/diagnosis, treatment complication
No Lupus does not cause this problem.

Very unlikely. Probably a disc. We've done nerve blocks with fluoroscopy, and without general anesthesia. Have your doc do a good neurologic exam.
