“Painful Lump on Testicle”
About a week ago I noticed my testicle area was sore and hurting. I did not really think much of it, but the pain has continued. I tried to see if I could find anything down there, and on my left testicle there is a bb sized ball. It it is very very tender, and I’m 99% sure that’s what is causing the discomfort. When I touch it a certain way, I can really feel the pain. I was wondering if I should get this checked out or maybe wait a few more weeks or so and see if the pain and bump go away. Thanks!

If it is still there you should get this checked out
Get an ultrasound of the scrotal area to make sure it isn't anything to worry about. It may also just be a follicular cyst in the skin, which is like an ingrown hair.
