Hot soaks at home but you should be seen to make sure you are not getting a Bartholin’s cyst or abscess.
Use warm or mildly hot (do not burn yourself!) moist towels to compress and help it weep. Many drugs can treat staphylococcus, but we don’t have confirmation as to if it’s a resistant bacterial strain. It won’t completely resolve unless you get the pus cultured. You may need a doctor to check which antibiotic will actually kill your special variety of infection. This is a very important step for resolution.
Best of luck. I bet it really does hurt!

A hot compresses applied to the site. If it does not improve or you have a fever I would recommend going to the hospital for evaluation.

I usually recommend sitz baths. If that doesn't help, go see a doctor.
