Parasites under skin?

I have had crawling either on or under my skin since the early 2000s. I initially went to a dermatologist probably a year after I started feeling the crawling, but was told there was nothing there I was just imagining it. I feel things move and bit in my hair, scalp, nose, ears, and all over my body. So after being told I was crazy and didn't know what I was talking about, tried multiple remedies no of whichever worked, but may have reduced the population. So let's fast forward to today. A couple of weeks ago I was that covering my body head to toe with Vasoline that the bugs/parasite will come out of the skin because they are being smothered and need air. So for the last two weeks, I have put Vasoline on in the evening and at night & wow these mainly black speck bugs from very little up to probably 1mm to 2mm come out of my skin and bite. I try to pick them off, but every day more and more come out of my skin. I have no idea what the bugs are or how to get rid of them. Should I go to the hospital since I can physically show them the bugs coming out of my skin after putting on Vasoline?

Thanks for the question. You should go. If there is anything visible, it can be removed and examined by a pathologist.

Good day to you! Thanks for your question.
The best you can do is to go straight to a "parasitologist" who is the professional who can identify the "parasites' and may prescribe you the most appropriate treatment.

Stay safe,

Your problem seems to be not parasites or microorganisms, but paresthesias in which your skin feels as if things are crawling around under your skin.
If you can control the urge to scratch or pick at your skin for one week you will find your condition will improve
