Peeling inside the mouth?

My four year old son has mouth problems. About 2-3 times a week I can see an area in his mouth where the skin is peeled. He is not complaining about pain and it heals within 24-48 hrs. I use natural toothpaste without SLS. I do not think it is food allergies. I noticed when he drinks water without fluoride he is not having problems. Could it be fluoride? It is unbelievable, his mouth looks different when he drinks water without fluoride.

There are many reasons for the condition you describe. Take your child to a dentist or to a pedodontist (a dentist who specializes in children dentistry). A thorough examination is necessary and subsequent visits with a pediatric specialist cannot be ruled out.
I have seen sloughing related to dehydration. I've never heard of it related to fluoride. I would expect to see it more regularly in practice if it was related to the fluoride - we apply fluoride varnish often to many people.
