“Peeling skin on penis?”
Earlier today while changing, I noticed skin starting to peel on my penis. The skin is very dry. I have never had sexual intercourse in the past, and am not taking any medications. I have also never had any skin conditions in the past. I am wondering if this is serious and I should seek help from a doctor.

Primary irritant dermatitis, if the patient is being truthful. Have him use moisturizers liberally and f/u in 3-5 days.
Non contagious. Most likely eczema
If your skin condition does not improve with 1% hydrocortisone cream, a visit to your doctor is the best choice.
