“Penis and testicles?”
A few years ago when masturbating I could get a proper erection. But now my penis does feel as hard and I can’t get erections just from looking at a picture like before and I’m worried.

You didn’t tell me your age group - but nevertheless, you did not likely harm yourself. You do need to see a urologist in consultation if you want to come to terms with us in a proper way. This likely fixable.
