“Penis issue?”
What pill to get and keep your penis hard that's same as Viagra but makes your penis grow huge as can be when you take it. Sorry such a personal question but I need to know.

There really isn’t such a pill. No surgery will do that either.
All the pills like Viagra or Cialis Increase the blood flow to the penis, make the penis firm - hard with a stronger erection. There are no real pills on the market that will make your penis grow. I don’t listen to the false advertising.
No such pill exists. Currently on the market for erectile dysfunction is Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, and Stendra. See your local urologist for helpful evaluation and intervention.
