“Penis swelling?”

I was sick with what I believe to be flu (not stomach flu). I experienced headaches, body aches, chills, and shaking (sometimes rather violently). I noticed as I became sick that things felt off in my lower regions. I saw the second day that my penis, on the bottom side, and just below the head was swollen. The head was also slightly swollen. This is the third day, and it is no better. I have no burning sensation when I urinate, and no difficulty doing so. I do not have blood in my urine. There is no bad smell. There is occasionally what may be discharge, but it is hardly noticeable. The only issues I have other than the swelling is a slight discomfort due to the swelling, and a little soreness around the pubic bone.
