Period problems?

Every one or twice a year when I start my period I will get sweaty, lightheaded to where I feel like I can’t hold myself up. In addition to nausea, my eyes get blurry, my ears pop to where I can’t hear, and severe stomach cramps.

Sometimes intense cramping and pain can cause women to feel that they are going to faint. It's best to treat any pain with anti-inflammatory medication if your provider feels you are a good candidate for that therapy, usually treating the pain helps resolve the symptoms of feeling sweaty/faint.
