Persistent Pain in Teeth and Gums

It started out as more of an ache in my bottom teeth and gums but now it's gotten so bad I can't sleep, I'm sweating, my ears go muffled and ring sometimes. I don't see anything visually wrong with my teeth or the area directly hurting. a few teeth over my gums had a white line underneath a few days ago that now looks better but less colorful than the others. I don't really know how to describe the pain in words but it's almost unbearable it just isn't going away and everything is closed for the next few days but I can't sleep and I just feel slow. Left arrow in picture is where color change happened. Center arrow is where the pain is. I have tried flossing, brushing, salt water rinse, Tylenol, ice. nothing helps other than putting slight pressure on the area relieves it slightly for a few seconds. It feels so sore and achy.

You need to see a dentist asap. If you dont there is a chance you could die. If no dentist available go to the emergency room.
Sounds like an abscessed lower tooth. But the photos did not come through. Tylenol alone doesn't do much for that type of pain. However, alternating Tylenol with Ibuprofen every 2 hours usually does as well as a narcotic. But that is only if you can take Ibuprofen. You need to be examined visually and with x-rays and may need antibiotics. But get to a dentist ASAP. If the photos can be sent, I may be able to tell you more. Dr. Conrad
