“Persistent dull pain pulsing on left side of brain?”
There is a dull pain on the left side of my brain that comes and goes throughout the day and hasn't gone away. I haven't been dizzy or haven't vomited from any of it, but I feel pressure on the left side of my brain that doesn't go away. It doesn't hurt often, but when it does, it feels dull or stabbing. Is this a migraine or something else? I took a BC and that didn't help, I've also been using a wet towel on my neck and that helps.

In view of the ear infection Especially if on the same side I would suggest an MRI to rule out the rare possibility of intracranial extension, sinus thrombosis etc
