LCx: ostial disease of AV groove vessel with critical lesion just distal to that at bifurcation of a small OM which is critically stentosed at its ostium. You have diffuse disease that causing narrowing of your arteries that supply the blood to a non-stop working heart. I will not be able to comment on a management plan without knowing more about the patient and see the angiogram. In general though patients who have diffusely disease small arteries are treated aggressively with medications.
This report essentially shows evidence of some blockages of your heart arteries and under these circumstances the option of placing stents in your heart arteries should be considered .
Left anterior descending artery is small is size and has damage everywhere. Left circumflex has plaque at the opening and other important areas. Ask your Cardiologist to explain the findings.
At age 36 years you have Severe coronary artery disease. Your report only talks about your vessel abnormalities with no information about the functioning of the Heart and damage from a Heart attack. Please talk with your Cardiologist
