Pneumothorax question?

I did a pectorial injection with testosterone about 10 weeks ago. Was not my first time doing shot in that area. I realize now it was risky and flat out dumb. Just wanted to had I've been using steroids a long time, have done a lot of research on them and get my advice from very intelligent people. This was done in the interest of "site enhancement" if you will. Very common in our little world...

Basically I collapsed a lung and had to call 911. Was in the hospital 3 days and discharged because everything looked good. I used to be a heavy marijuana smoker and quit after the pneumothorax. I know you're not supposed to smoke after a pneumothorax and have not had one puff since the incident.

Here is my question. Would smoking again put me at high risk? Had my pneumothorax happened because of smoking I would not even bother asking this question. I'm aware a previous smoker is 20x more likely to have that happen again if they start up.

I'm asking as it was not my smoking habbit but a 25g 1 inch pin that punctured my lung. I'm guessing my lung is 100% healed by now. Meaning my lung is healthy like before. If so, I don't think smoking would put me at risk for a another pneumothorax despite not being the best thing for me. I have very good genetics health wise, take very good care of myself (30 years training in the gym and follow that 5-6 small meals per day thing...)

So based on all that, what do you think? I know docs are not really supposed to give a green light on stuff like this. But figured I'd take my chances hoping an online doc would not give the standard "don't take steroids and smoke week" reply. because they're bad for you"

Sir, you have a Nicotine addiction. Please seek smoking cessation therapy. Start nicotine patch/gum, acupuncture or meds. Discontinue recreational cannabis and start medical cannabis. Smoking causes lung cancer and several other cancers. Start Rapid Transformational Therapy, since psychological trauma cannot be medicated away with Nicotine or recreational drugs.
