Possible asbestos related issues?

Can all of this be due to asbestos exposure from a long time ago? I grew up in a place where there were a lot of asbestos issues with my lungs. I had something removed from my lungs white spots on my lungs crackling when breathing issues breathing nodules unknown all over vocal cords issues with absorbing carbon dioxide. I've had weight loss, no appetite, nausea feeling, vomiting, also vomiting up blood for about 2 months. I've had a horrible cough for about a year, diarrhea, severe hair loss, and the list goes on. Is there a good pulmonologist in Pittsburgh, PA?

Honestly, you should ask a pulmonary doctor that can run tests. You can speculate, but that just increases the anxiety drive and makes you feel worse.
Thank you for the detailed information that you gave, but I would have more questions than answers for you. I’m not in the Pittsburgh area, I’m in toms River New Jersey, but with Pittsburgh being a major city there are probably some very good hospitals out there. I would concern myself with something other than asbestos although I would not be off my list until otherwise. You described having nodules removed, what were the results of them, what were they, how many one side, both sides, lymph nodes, the list goes on? So it’s really best to discuss this with a pulmonologist your primary care physician and get some serious medical imaging done and a provider that you can continue to work with and or providers that will work in concert together. I wish you well and thank you for your question .
