Possible covid infection after fully vaccinated?

My 73 year old mother is having symptoms of extreme fatigue, dizziness, and chills without fever for 3 days now, no headache. She has been fully vaccinated for more than 2 months and had a Tetanus and Pneumonia vaccination a week ago. Could this be a delayed reaction to the vaccinations or should I be worried she may have contacted Covid-19 despite prior vaccination?

5% to 15% of people fully vaccinated can become symptomatically infected, but almost all of them do very well, plus there is still flu and other respiratory viruses around. She'll do fine.
Cannot say for sure. Depending on her overall health, a check by a provider may be in order
