Possible left atrial enlargement?

I went to the ER on July 1st with chest pain. They determined it was costochondritis. However, I just got my EKG results and it said “possible left atrial enlargement”. I’ve had a couple of short-term times with very high blood pressure but I am stable now with no medication. I am a 41 year old female.

Usually ER interpretation of EKG is a computer, tends to over read, cannot see by pic which is small. It's a common problem. If worries you, an ECHO should confirm if really enlarged.
