“Post menopausal bleeding?”

I am a 50 yr old biological woman. I had gone 14 months without a menstrual cycle. Last month I bled like a normal period would be and I have just started bleeding again this month. Was I not at full menopause? What could cause this?

Medications: Hydroxyzine 50mg, lisinopril 20mg, venlafaxine 75mg, prazosin 2mg, Hydrochlorothiazide 1/2 25 mg as needed.
Conditions: POTS, High blood pressure, vestibular migraines,
