Potential UTI?

I recently started having slight tingling/burning in my urine. It started the morning after a particularly spicy meal, and when urinating in the morning after it looked rather dehydrated and burned a bit. Since then I’ve had to urinate more frequently with a slight burning each time. I’ve been taking cranberry supplements and after the first day it seems like it’s improved dramatically, and today I barely notice it (4 days after). Is it plausible that this resolved itself? I'm still getting tested tomorrow just in case it’s worse than I think or potentially an STI, though I have had no other STI symptoms (bumps, itchiness, sores, etc).

If you’re asymptomatic you most likely experienced a hot pepper that causes the burning in the urine. You may also find that your stool can sometimes burn with those types of peppers. There’s no need to get a urine sample if you are asymptomatic.
