Pregnancy symptoms?

Hi there, I was wondering if you could put my mind at ease about some pregnancy symptoms I’m having. I’m roughly 8/9 weeks and have just started having quite sore tummy pains in the upper left side of my stomach especially after I eat something. I am also having left side chest pains which I’m concerned about in case it’s a heart attack or something. (I’m a hypochondriac). But I also have some pain mainly when I deep breathe in my left shoulder blade in the middle-lower part of my back.

have you had a check with your doctor
1- It could be GERD , pain after eating
2- Regarding the left side pain, that could also be related to GERD, heart attack is very rare in a healthy 19-year-old
I highly recommend you go see your doctor
Congratulations on your pregnancy! What you're describing sounds like gas. I wouldn't use words like hypochondriac though. I would recommend you follow up your health care provider regularly, increase your water intake to 80-100 oz daily, decrease caffeine and sugar intake and make sure you are eating a healthy diet that includes whole foods like fruits and vegetables, adequate amount of protein and whole grains.
The symptoms you have could be nothing, however, without knowing you or examining you, I would be concerned about an ectopic pregnancy and I would seek care now. Hypochondriacs get sick too. Other diagnosis could be gastritis or gall bladder disease.
