Hi, I am 27 years old pregnant lady. I am in my 36 weeks 6 days .Recently my doctor have done Umbilical Artery Doppler assessment and the result are: S/D ratio : 3.9, RI: 0.7 and PI: 1.5. My gynaecologist is telling me that I should have cesarean section as soon as possible. But I am normal and I am feeling normal fetal movement. Based on the above S/D ratio, RI and PI only, shall I have cesarean section or not. I am very much stressed as I want to have normal delivery. Please suggest me the best solution.
