Technically, it is possible, but less likely than penetration intercourse and it really depends on timing and the amount of (concentration), motility, viability, and morphology (shape) of the sperm present during an encounter. Also, how far the sperm is from a potential egg makes a difference as well. Oral sex places the sperm closer to the entry of the vagina and penetration intercourse actually places it higher up in the vaginal canal where it can bypass a lot of the acidity of the vaginal environment and be closer to the uptake location of the cervix (Mouth of the womb/uterus) to be transport to a potential ovulated egg for fertilization.
