“Pregnant? UTI?”

I think I might be pregnant and might have a UTI. I have been gaining weight, and having headaches more than normal and I feel exhausted but it is so hard to get to sleep at night and I get out of breath really easily and get cranky really easily and for no reason and I have really bad heartburn the point I am on medication. I have 2 boys already so not my first pregnancy but I was told I had PCOS and with my first baby I didn't find out I was pregnant until I was 18 weeks and with my second I was 17 1/2 weeks. That was with at home test and blood test being done. And the reason I think I might have a UTI is because around lunch is when it start but every time I go pee it burns/ stings and when I wipe there is blood (light pink and just when I wipe). Just trying to figure out if this is just something I can deal with at home or do I need to go see my ob
