“Pressure in ear”
I have Ménière’s disease and it has been fairly under control for a few years. The last few days have had increased pressure in the affected ear. It’s getting worse and nothing is helping. What should I do?

Question your diagnosis. The likelihood of meneires is disease in a 24-year-old is pretty low. You need to have asymmetrical sentinel hearing loss, tinnitus, oral fullness, and episodes of vertigo lasting for hours at a time to really be diagnosed with menieres.
