“Red dot on penis glans”

Hi. I have a single red rod at the glans of my penis. I noticed it yesterday during masturbation because it felt sore. Throughout the day yesterday it felt sore a couple of times but I brushed it off because I have a habit of crossing my legs. The red dot is not itchy, it's not bumpy, it doesn't burn, no fluid comes of out it, since yesterday it hasn't spread, when I touched it with a finger it didn't hurt but like yesterday every couple of minutes it hurts for like a second or 2 and it goes away. When pain occurs, it's dull. I haven't had sex so I doubt it's STD. It looks like a burnt off skin, like when we were kids and we would burn our knees on a plastic slide. Its around 1mm big(it's more of a line in appearance than a circle). Could it just be trauma from somewhere and I just can't remember it?
