“Red spot/bump on glans ”
I am a 38-year-old man and have had a red spot/bump on my glans (just next to my urethra) for six months. I have Lichen sclerosis (BXO). the spot is asymptomatic. what could it be?

Were you recently wearing a bathing suit? Sometimes the webbing on the inside of the bathing suit can rub the tip of the penis and cause this look. looks most likely like a irritative rash and will probably resolve on its own. Best thing to do is wear cotton underwear.
