“Red spot on under side of penis glands?”
I have a red spot on my penis its been there for 15 years or more since I was a kid. I had it even before I ever had sex. It doesn't hurt or itch. It doesn't get better or worse. Is there any way to get rid of it or help change the color? I forget it's there most of the time it doesn't cause any discomfort.

It looks like a vascular birthmark. There are lasers that can improve the appearance.
Primary hemangioma, benign. Could be treated with laser or shave removal followed by electrocautery
if it doesn't bother you other than the sight of it, leave it alone...........anything that might be done may make it worse.
Probably a small angioma. Can be treated with electro fulguration or laser mainly for esthetic reasons or if it bleeds.
