“Redness on penis”
I am a exercise a about 2 hours a day, and sweat a lot. Sometimes I run on my lunch break and I don’t get a chance to shower. Until I get home in the evening. Usually I will lift weights after work. I have this red mark on the head of my penis. It doesn’t hurt, but it has me concerned. I know it’s not an STD because I’m in a monogamous marriage. Please advise.

Hello there! There are different causes of lesions similar to these - some are sexually transmitted and some are not! I recommend see a physician/dermatologist that can evaluate, and if needed, biopsy and diagnose the lesions so appropriate treatment can be given!
