“Related back pain and diabetes?”

I want to consult for my Mother who is having back pain, fever for the last 4-5 days, as well as diabetes. She is having too much pain in the back and fever coming again and again due to which she is having headaches all the time. She generally takes Cetapin XR 500, Glimstar 2mg for Diabetes, and Tab Cardac 5 mg for BP, and now she is taking Paracetamol for fever-related things.
