ā€œRetrograde Ejaculation Treatmentā€

Hello.

Iā€™m an 18 year old boy with all the symptoms of retrograde ejaculation. I cannot masturbate, i often have cloudy urine, i still do have erections, etc. However, I do have wet dreams, but they are all colorless (its definitely a wet dream because its sticky and has that odor). Why can I have wet dreams but not ejaculate on my own? Also what medications can potentially allow me to ejaculate and how can i get them perscribed? How likely is it that medication will allow me to ejaculate?

Retrograde ejaculation is usually not harmful or painful, and treatment may not be necessary if you don't want children. However, if you're trying to conceive and are experiencing retrograde ejaculation, you should consult a doctor. Treatment options depend on the cause of the issue:
Medication that cause retrograded ejaculations are typically those that are treatments for large prostates, Flomax, mini press, Cura, Rappa flow. Some antidepressants can cause difficulty with achieving an ejaculation because it increases the threshold of an orgasm. Are you on any of the tricyclic antidepressants?
