“Retrograde ejaculation?”
I have retrograde ejaculation but if I masturbate while sitting down then I'm able to release sperm. Having sex or masturbating while standing up or laying down, nothing comes out. I'm type 2 diabetic, I take 500mg of metformin, and 5mg of lisinopril.

Try Sudafed it may work.
This is common in diabetics. See a urologist for treatment.
