Right flank pain for a month?

I have dull right flank pain that sometimes radiates to the leg or groin it has been coming and going for a month. I went to the doctor he did my ultrasound urine and blood tests and everything was normal he gave me antibiotics in case it was a kidney infection. The pain comes and goes and is very mild but uncomfortable what can it be?

Based on the symptoms you've described and the normal test results, your mild and uncomfortable right flank pain that sometimes radiates to the leg or groin could be caused by musculoskeletal issues such as a muscle strain or inflammation. I recommend following up with your doctor if the pain persists or worsens to explore further diagnostic options and potential treatments.

A hernia. You need a CT scan of abdomen and pelvis with IV contrast.
It may be musculoskeletal/spine related. An active person can have a fall or twisting injury/contusion which may present in this fashion. Try an anti-inflammatory such as Advil 3 times a day for a week and see if it helps. Back exercises may help: https://www.onhealth.com/content/1/exercises_low_back_pain
That can be a possible inguinal hernia pressing on the ilioinguinal nerve. If you cough or bear down (valsalva maneuver) and the pain is reproduced or gets worse, it is likely a hernia.
