Likely have a rotator cuff tendon injury(calcium in the tendon, tendinosis,or a tear).See an orthopedic surgeon. You may need an MRI.
See an orthopedic surgeon. Always concern of metastasis, especially with night pain.
Orthopedic office from exam, X-ray, and probable shoulder MRI.
You at least need an X-ray of your shoulder and if it’s negative an MRI. Unfortunately the pain may indicate a spreading of the colon cancer.
Could be bursitis/tendonitis. Follow up with orthopedist.
The usual cause of shoulder pain at nighttime is a shoulder rotator cuff tear or tendinitis. I am concerned because of the history of colorectal cancer and so there would be concern for metastasis causing pain. This would be ruled out by obtaining an X-ray, bone scan, and MRI study. You should consult a specialist.
