I've had this nonstop pain in my lower right side closer to my back than the front. It's kept me up all night. Should I go to a doctor for it?

The short answer is yes, may be a kidney stone and you may need treatment. Do you have a fever or other symptoms? Lab and imaging as well as an exam may be necessary
