Your pain maybe stemming from your herniated disc. Please follow up with your spine doctor as soon as possible for X-rays and MRI for further evaluation of your pain. If you’re not able to follow up quickly, please present to the nearest emergency room for imaging studies and evaluation.

Lower back pain is extremely common. It usually comes from spine conditions, but can come from uterus or ovary conditions and from internal organ conditions such as kidney or bowel disease. Try rest, anti-inflammatory meds such as Advil (600mg 3 times a day). If there is no improvement or fever or inability to void, then see a doctor.

Hope it helps!!
