Shock on testicule low testosterone concern?

I am 18 years old and 2 months ago I was playing my combat sport and I received a very intense blow in my testicles. It hurt extremely bad and the pain reached all the way to my stomach. This pain was severe for 5-7 minutes but disappeared completely after 10 minutes.

However, I have not had a bruise on my scrotum, any bleeding or pain after this period of time, but I am currently worried about my testosterone. I'm worried that one of the testicles is damaged or that the blow has resulted in low testosterone because my libido is not the way it used to be. I’m also very athletic and I don’t want to lose muscle just from a single blow. So I took a total testosterone test and got "6.598" as a result. I'm still worried that my testosterone was higher and that it went down after the hit on my testicles, is it possible? I am very worried and anxious about this because I do weight training and I don't want it to affect my muscles.

With a large blow, it may temporarily affect your testicle, but it should recover. Your testosterone levels seems just fine. I wouldn't worry about it too much if you haven't had any pain, swelling, bruising of any kind. If you able to ejaculate normally and without pain, that should indicate that things are working fine. Testosterone levels can sometimes fluctuate due to stress as well as libido. Stressing over the situation could be causing more issues than the blow to the testicle. I would check your testosterone levels again in a few months and see if they have normalized or went down more. Your doctor can also do an ultrasound or other imaging on your testicles to look for damage.
No.

I recommend that you do testicular US and check total testosterone
