“Should I be concerned about this bruise on my thigh?”
I self harm and yesterday I kept hitting my leg to self harm. It hurt at the time and felt numb afterwards, but the pain and numbness went away quickly. I am concerned because the bruise looked grey only an hour later. If I feel the bruise, I can feel lumps in the area where I hit myself.
