Should I get a 2nd dose of the MenACWY if Im not 100% sure I received it?

I'm a 24 year old male, out of college. I recently got my immunization records from a few different doctor's offices from when I was a kid. The records don't match up sometimes and none list every vaccine but I've been able to find proof of every vaccine except the 2nd dose of the menACWY vaccine. I think I most likely received the 2nd dose as I've received all the others. Would it still be worth it to get a second dose now to be 100% sure I received it?

If you received the first dose at 16 yo, you don’t need a booster, usually meningitis is common when you are in college and younger than 23 yo.

Thank you ,

After receiving 1 dose of menACWY, you do not need a 2nd dose after the age of 21 if you are not at increased risk.
CDC recommends MenACWY vaccination for adults older than 21 if they:
1) Have a rare type of immune disorder called complement component deficiency or
2) Are taking a type of medicine called a complement inhibitor (for example, Soliris® or Ultomiris®) or
3) Have a damaged spleen or sickle cell disease, or their spleen has been removed or
4) Have HIV or
5) Are a microbiologist who is routinely exposed to Neisseria meningitidis or
6) Are traveling to or residing in countries in which serogroup A, C, W, or Y meningococcal disease is common or
7) Are part of a population identified to be at increased risk because of a serogroup A, C, W, or Y meningococcal disease outbreak or
8) Are not up to date with this vaccine and are a first-year college student living in a residence hall or
9) Are a military recruit.
