Should I go to ER for vertigo?

I have bad vertigo and don't know what to do. Should I go to ER for vertigo?

I don’t know your age, comorbid conditions, or any other issues that would affect your activities of daily living. Examples of that would be such as, do you live alone or with somebody, do you have a cane or railings available around you. Is the light sensitive to your eyes? Do you have any rigidity in your neck? Do you have any difficulty with vomiting because of the vertigo with and or without your eyes closed? These are just some of the questions that need to be answered little loan laboratory and physical examination. I would suggest that you go to the emergency department in urgent care Center or your primary care provider in order to assess this fully. You might need a neurological evaluation or an ENT evaluation.
