“Should I worry”
I have coronary artery disease and heart failure with ejection fraction 45% I've been have a burning/pain on my left side some times it goes to my neck seems to get worse the more I move bend lift or lay down should I be concerned

By and large this type of discomfort that occurs at rest and is positional is not related to heart artery blockage. However since you have coronary artery disease if the symptoms occur especially with physical activity you should definitely follow up with your cardiologist.
You should certainly be evaluated by your cardiologist.
