I got my partials 2 days ago. They are tight. Should partial dentures feel tight?

Yes. Keep wearing them.
They should not hurt. The will usually get looser over time. If they do hurt they can be adjusted for a more comfortable fit
They usually feel tight the first week and then settle into place.
