I rinse with salt water almost every day. Should you brush your teeth after saltwater rinse?

That is purely a personal decision whether you brush before or after.
There is not much benefit from rinsing with salt water daily except if there is a surgical wound healing. It is more useful to brush after a Listerine or Listerine Zero pre rinse which controls the oral bacterial count.
