You can clean your appliance with a soft toothbrush. You can also use plain Ivory soap and a finger and lots of water. You can also use a mild denture product and soak it if it starts to get dirty. Never scrub or use cleaning powder-- it will ruin the appliance and might be dangerous if it gets in your mouth.
