“Sick during sex and sexual heath?”
I recently had sex after a long time and almost threw up during, I also practiced the withdrawal method. Is that an effective way for that method and is feeling sick normal?

It is not normal to feel sick during sex. Most likely, your nausea is unrelated to the sexual activity. If the problem persists, I would seek medical evaluation.
The withdrawal method is not a reliable way to prevent pregnancy. The literature indicates that it works about 78% of the time, as opposed to condoms which are 98% effective. Moreover, it does not provide any protection against sexually transmitted disease.
