1# Why would my right shoulder hurt? Like a deep bone pain inside my shoulder and shoulder blade?
2# Also I'm having sharp deep penetrating pain in my chest close to the armpit and tender to the touch?

I am unqualified to answer Orthopedic questions #1 and #2. The next time you have the white flashes please cover one eye at a time. If the flashes last about 20 minutes and are in both eyes, it is an ocular migraine. If so, see a neurologist or ask your family doctor. If not, see an ophthalmologist.
This sounds like a migraine for the eye not sure. About shoulder or chest but may be stress-related.
A complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed to determine the cause of your symptoms.
Your symptoms do not sound cardiac related but you should make an appointment to see your personal physician.
