Akylol is an OTC menthol additive which can be added to a sinus irrigation and can be very soothing. Afrin nasal spray in a nasal decongestant spray which can be used 2-3x per day for 3 days ONLY. this can help open the sinus drainage pathways to clear whatever mucous is in there.

Without knowing more about your medical history, medications, etc, it's safe to say:

-drink plenty of fluids
-use a humidifier/steam
-use a saline nasal flushing system

The very short-term/temporary (< 3 day) use of a nasal decongestant spray and a mucolytic (e.g., Mucinex) may be helpful, but run these by your primary care physician. Also, a nasal steroid spray can be helpful, but takes some time to reach maximal efficacy. Again, run this by your primary care physician.
You can try using sinus rinse kits with buffered saline. There is always over the counter antihistamine without decongestant or if you have high blood pressure Mucinex 600 mg once/twice day
