“Sinuses?”
My sinuses are very painful, nose feels so stuffy. I have this sticky, filmy looking mucus coming out my nose. No fever.

First, you should be drinking two quarts of water a day. No smoking or alcohol. You can purchase OTC. Humabid which will thin-out these secretions. Have your MD write an Rx for Atrovent nasal spray, and use as directed. See ENT for nasal exam and history of your nasal problems. HE/She will determine if other measures are indicated. Any history of allergic airway disease?
This very well could be allergic rhinitis (allergies).
Get a sinus CT and find out.
